INTRODUCTION:

Leaders of impact enterprises frequently feel alone with their challenges.  They have no one with whom to discuss their unique problems and opportunities -- no one who really gets what it's like to balance a social or environmental mission, with the financial needs of running a business.

Join this brainstorming call with other leaders of impact enterprises who understand what you face.  Discover solutions to issues that are unique to triple bottom line enterprises.

Suggested participants:

- Leaders of for-profit and non-profit social enterprises

- Clean tech entrepreneurs

- Clean energy leaders

 AGENDA:

This call will be in a problem-solving format.  The facilitator will select 3-4 challenges or opportunities from within the participants on the call.  Attendees will generate ideas on possible solutions, based on their own experiences or knowledge.  After the call, attendees will receive an e-mailed summary of the issues presented and the solutions offered.

In order to receive priority consideration for having your issue brought to the group, please complete the optional questions at the bottom of the registration form.  Please note that you will learn much simply by participating in the call, even if you do not bring up your own issue.

Due to the interactive nature of the call, participation will be limited to 15 registrants.

MODERATOR:

The call will be moderated by Zbig Skiba, a certified business coach and peer group facilitator.  He enjoys working with leaders who want to change the world for the better through their business efforts.  Zbig has a Kellogg MBA focused on entrepreneurship, and a degree in engineering.  Zbig has worked with impact enterprises, non-profits and regular for profits.  He is a member of the Social Enterprise Alliance, Midwest Energy and Sustainability Leadership Alliance, and Rotary Club.
